A Peacock Full of Picots

Heeeheee... I was just having a little fun writing the title. Tatted this lovely peacock by Dianna Stevens. Boy, did I have my hands full with the picots! It was deliberate - I wanted an elaborate tail for the peacock. I like the tail and the picots except I couldn't control how the picots decide to turn and twist. Oh well...
