A Goldfish

Two days ago I chanced upon Gina's (aka Tatting Goddess) blog. I was attracted to the goldfish she tatted. It's Nami's pattern, found here.

This is my version...

...using Omega #50 variegated orange and measures about 7cm (2⅔").The eye is an Indian agate bead I found in my stash. Tats up really fast, but I would do split chains next time as Gina had done. I had to sew in 8 sets of ends. :p

    Wonderful job on this cute fish! Split chains definitely intimidate me, so I'd have to sew in all those ends! I certainly can't tell where you sewed them!
